Our Fearless Leaders
For more than 12 years, Jeff has worked as a graphic designer, art director, and illustrator in a variety of environments including Nike Equipment Division’s corporate campus in Oregon, Shapiro Walker Design, and as an owner/operator of One Hero Creative. Jeff utilizes a structured and efficient approach to the design process. This process includes defining the problem, audience, and functional parameters of each design or marketing problem.
Capabilities include managing the creative process from concept to final print, including pre-press and on-press responsibilities. Focus includes corporate branding, packaging, in-store promotion, print and web design, signage, and apparel design. As a member of Shapiro Walker Design, Jeff executed the Krispy Kreme domestic and international new store rollout including Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom and Korea.
Strategist & Account Manager
Over the past decade, Debbie has worked as an account planner and marketing strategist for national and regional brands. She has spearheaded consumer and channel marketing, promotional and PR endeavors for Novartis Consumer Health, Sara Lee Meats, Sargento, and Johnson & Johnson. She has also led the launch of product lines; media plans for Thomasville Furniture, Kingsdown and LeBleu. Most recently she had developed social and community media strategies for the health care, furniture and education industries.
A graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in communications, Debbie spends most of her days helping the agency’s clients immerse themselves in their consumers’ worlds to uncover hidden insights and opportunities that can be exploited to achieve their business goals.
